1. Payment Terms: Payment is due immediately. Delayed payments will incur interest at 24% per annum.

2. Additional Charges: Packaging, hamal (loading/unloading), and transportation charges are extra and must be paid in advance.

3. No Returns or Exchanges: Goods once sold are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

4. Transit Risk: We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to goods during transit. Responsibility lies with the buyer or carrier.

5. Jurisdiction: All disputes arising from this transaction shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of PCMC (Pune), Maharashtra.

6. Legal Action for Non-Payment: Unpaid invoices or bounced cheques may lead to civil or criminal legal action at our sole discretion.
